“I found my way to Pilates after beginning my wellness journey as a Yoga Instructor. After teaching Yoga for a few years, I found that Pilates was a practice that complimented my Yoga practice. I then began focusing more on pilates and see how important of a practice it has been in regards to rehabilitation as well as overall fitness. Connecting the mind and body has always been important to me and I’ve found that in both Yoga and Pilates.”
