Private / Duet Sessions:

Private Sessions

Private sessions are 1:1 instruction with a Pilates instructor. Instructors utilize different apparatus (reformer, chair, springboard, etc.) along with various props to integrate multiple movement types. These sessions are held in the studio. Sessions are 50-55 minutes in length.

Duet Sessions

Duet Sessions are 2:1 instruction with a Pilates instructor, held at the studio, utilizing different apparatus (reformer, chair, springboard, etc.) and various props. Sessions are 50-55 minutes. Please NOTE, each duet client needs their own package and is responsible for organizing their own duet partner.

Class Descriptions:

Mixed-Level

Equipment Class

This class is held primarily on Pilates equipment (reformer, chair, springboard) and includes a mixture of beginner, intermediate and advanced exercises and pace, partially dependent on the level of clients that sign up for the class.

Gentle Pilates


Class

This class is held primarily on Pilates equipment (reformer, chair, springboard, and props) and designed to be more gentle than our mixed level classes. We will focus more on the fundamentals of Pilates, with modification options and moments for stretch and release.

Intermediate/Advanced Pilates

This class is held primarily on Pilates equipment (reformer, chair, springboard) and includes more intermediate and advanced exercises with a deliberate pace. This class requires a strong understanding of Pilates, the Pilates equipment, and your own movement mechanics.

Hybrid Equipment Class

This class is held both in-person and on Zoom, primarily on the Pilates reformer and designed with mixed level exercises and pace, depending on the level of clients that sign up.

Mat with Carrie

Mat classes are performed on mats on the floor utilizing small props (yoga blocks, stretchy bands, weights, rollers, magic circles, fitness balls, etc.) to aid with movement. These classes are held on Zoom for those who wish to remain remote.

Mat & Weights with Sarah

Mat classes are performed on mats or on the floor. We use 2-3lb. weights for some of the exercises. These classes are held on Zoom and are 50 minutes in length.
